Ready-to-build designs are home plans we’ve already designed, costed and refined — but each one is still built fresh for the family who chooses it. There are no display-home leftovers or pre-built inventory; your home is still constructed from the ground up, on your block, just the way you want it.
Think of it as the smarter middle road: instead of starting from a blank page (full custom — lots of decisions, longer timelines), you start from a proven, costed plan and make it yours. - Your design — pick either The Sofia our 4 bedroom 2 bath and 2 car garage or The Lucy our 3 bedroom 2 bath and 1 car garage.
- Your interiors — flooring, stone benchtops, tapware, cabinetry colours, paint, splashbacks, lighting and the finishes that make it feel like yours.
- Minor layout tweaks — swap a bedroom for a study, adjust the kitchen island, change the laundry layout, or upgrade your alfresco. The bones of the plan stay; the details flex to suit you.
